BIG CATS
This is an ongoing project. It is about JOY and finding joy in creating. I'm trying to connect harder with my passion for making graphic and tactile art.
I am working on creating 12 BIG CATS. Each will have their own name, story and identity. They will be presented in an exhibition, and there will be an opportunity for them to be purchased. Money from these will go to City Cat Shelter, which is a Cat Rescue Center in Brighton, who has looked after our cats over the years!
MOW
This was the first BIG CAT I made, which I called MOW... which translates to 'Cat' in Cantonese (Traditional Chinese). This was a gift to someone, and so is not included within the collection, but did start the process.
